1.What excites you the most about the work of the Gallatin Watershed Council?

Knowing we can be a part of keeping our local waterways healthy.

2. What are your businesses doing to protect the environment?

Paridae serves organic and locally-produced foods and sources coffee from roasters with social and environmental standards that go above and beyond protecting local people and land.  Paridae also compsts all food and service ware waste.

Wild Joe*s composts all food and serviceware waste and offsets 100% of electric use with wind power.

3. What’s your favorite way of engaging with the community?

Talking to folks while serving them their coffee ;)

4. What is one thing you wish people knew more about your work?

Clean water makes better coffee.
