Watershed Business Profile: Janji

Janji is a running apparel brand that makes purpose-built running essentials to equip +inspire. Janji was founded with a mission: To expand access to clean water around the world. This looks like giving 2% of all proceeds to nonprofit partners worldwide. This has then led to 100% of Janji Collective membership fees going to U.S.- based nonprofits that focus on clean water initiatives.

Locally, Janji has partnered with Bozeman Run Club  to make a local impact in Bozeman! Bozeman Run Club is a free community run group, inclusive of all abilities, that meets every Saturday at rotating locations.

  • If you donate $10 to GWC, you become a Janji Collective member for life, which is 15% off (even on top of sales) Janji FOR LIFE. If you are interested, this link will bring you to the membership page, and when you check out, the membership fee will be $10 (100% of that going to Gallatin Watershed Council )

    • ***Note: you have to check out with the membership before shopping. I know, kinda annoying, but that's the only way we could track donations going to GWC

    • Ensure that you fully go through the checkout process to see the discount price reflected.

  • Held a Missouri Headwaters State Park Cleanup, where Janji gave out 20 pairs of FREE shorts as an incentive to show up and clean up

  • Featured a Bozeman Run Club member and Bozeman Water Treatment Plant Operator, Calvin Van Ryzin in a blog article interview discussing running and Bozeman water topics.

Janji believes in caring for the community and the environment. Here are a few more of Janji’s initiatives that have had a positive impact.

  • Transitioning their fabric composition away from virgin plastics to recycled content.

  • Packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled content, are biodegradable, and are printed with water based ink

  • Working with manufacturing Partners that have a proven track record of both ethical practices & technical ability

  • Advocating for clean water as a basic human right

Thank you Janji and Bozeman Run Club for supporting these great causes.
